With support from a retail consultant and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we’re enhancing operations and customer engagement through a data-driven approach. Our new souvenir guide and focus on local produce and ethical trading demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable retail experience. As part of a newly established trading company within the Buxton Civic Association, you'll play a key role in shaping our retail operations alongside a dynamic management team.

Salary: £25,000 pro-rata (Starting) – Paid monthly on a salary basis. A higher salary may be
offered to outstanding candidates with exceptional skills and experience.
