Lots to see and do with BCA
Over time BCA have acquired the fine woodlands surrounding the town from Chatsworth Estates. The upkeep of these two hundred acres of mature woodland remains one of our main tasks.
We own Poole’s Cavern and brought Go Ape to Buxton in 2007. We are always looking for new ways to improve our woodlands for education, sport and recreation.
Some of our 200 acre estate
We own and manage 200 acres of mature woodland including:
- Grin Low (Buxton Country Park)
- Hogshaw Woods
- Shay Lodge
- Ashwood Dale
